terms and condiions

Please ensure you read through the T's & C's below and are comfortable before you proceed to order a commission. 

Process

Once the Commission has been accepted, you can expect the following steps:

  • - A first draft with idea(s) for your piece.
    - A sketch submitted for approval before I start line art & colour of your piece:
    Please be sure to make your MAJOR edits at this stage.
    - A copy of your finished piece for approval & edits:
    Please be sure to bring MINOR things to my attention at this stage
    - A final, finished copy of your piece.


Commissioners are encouraged to compile their edit requests as indecisiveness or prolonged back and forth during the approval stage may incur extra costs.


Requests for MAJOR edits in the final approval stage will incur an extra cost. I may not be able to facilitate major edits after the commission is coloured.


If I have made a mistake (Ie: Colours, markings, missed reference), your commission will be fixed at no extra cost.

Artwork

  • - You are purchasing a Digital artwork & Digital file. No printed art will be supplied.
  • - Your artwork will be a4 in size (or approximate to suit your commission): UNLESS requested otherwise. Please let me know in advance if you require larger
  • - Your artwork will be supplied at 300dpi.
  • - As my commissions are priced on the average time I spend making a piece, I reserve the right to INCREASE THE PRICE for a highly detailed character or pet request.

rEFERENCES

  • Please supply 2 - 3 photos of your pet that show all angles. OR Please supply a character sheet of your Character + Extra pictures as necessary

  •  I do not accept: Text excerpts, AI, or 3d rendered models as reference.

cOMMERCIAL USE

    Commissions being used for Commercial use (ie: Art for Mugs, T-Shirts, Book Illustrations and anything else that you will be using to make a profit) Incur a 50% extra cost for Commercial Licencing.
